Your ISP may have blocked Youtube service to be played out of browser due to unknown reason(s), in that case, you can not watch YouTube, but other channels will work nicely. You will need a high speed Internet Connection. It is advisable to have atleast 2 GB of RAM to run Windows Media Center smoothly. Windows Media Center is provided with Windows 7 Home Premium upwards. Microsoft has announced that is has partnered with Netflix, the world's largest online movie rental service, making more than 12,000 movies and TV episodes available for instant watching via Windows Media Center (WMC) on PCs with Windows Vista Home Premium or Windows Vista Ultimate.
